Eugene and the Willamette Valley are some of the most beautiful places to live. I moved here in 1995 and have neverlooked back. After 22 years in the Northeast, my Northwest roots prevailed and I relocated to Eugene. Geographically, I love the proximity to the beach and the mountains. I can be at the beach or at the top of a butte in an hour, or in Portland in two. Eugene offers a diverse range of culture, food and drink and I try hard to take advantage of it all.
Outside of work, my passions are swimming, cycling, and exploring the hidden corners of Oregon. If there’s a river or lake nearby, I’ll likely jump in! Water seems to feed me in a special way and I love to seek out those special spots to take the plunge.
Giving back to the community is important to me and I’ve been involved with various organizations over the years. I’m currently on the Board of Directors at Cascadia Wildlands, which envisions vast old-growth forests, rivers full of wild salmon, a stable climate and vibrant communities sustained by the unique landscapes of the Cascadia Bioregion. This is a great organization and the work is rewarding.
I began my path of service in the hospitality industry, managing events at 4-star hotels in Boston and on Cape Cod. I have always been interested in community involvement and service, and have found real estate to be a perfect match for my skills and passion. I have been working with buyers and sellers since 2004 and continue to enjoy a business based on clientcentered principles and keen attention to detail. It means a great deal to me that 90% of my business is referral based because it shows that trust in my professionalism is strong—and more importantly—proven.
I obtained my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation in 2010, which is awarded to only ~ 4% of brokers nationwide.
In 2021 I pursued and obtained my Principal Broker's license, which elevates my education and knowledge level above and beyond what is required for the broker/agent level. I am consistently a multi-million dollar producer. Burn out is unfamiliar to me, and I am passionate about excellent service. To meet me is to know that.
You are certainly invited to get in touch with questions about the area or real estate.
